John is a very special person, he is kind, caring and very knowledgeable. He was able to keep my mind at ease when we were still in Arizona, waiting on a flight and not knowing what was going on with my mother. He was so reassuring. I am also an RN and he told me everything I needed to know without asking. He kept our children updated on everything in terms they understood. I feel his professional expertise was key in her rapid recovery. He was never condescending to us, kept us up to date on any changes. If I was in a hospital, I hope I would receive the excellent care he provided. My mother-in-law loved him, he gets a 10/10 as far as we are concerned.
