Antonio Estaras is a key member of the PACU department and an outstanding Recovery Room nurse. He is very supportive of veterans and new staff and is instrumental in training RNs with less experience on the unit. He undertook a major role in the ARCIS implementation in all of the Perioperative areas and is a Super User for HSM and ARCIS. Tony is flexible and highly productive and is a major reason why the department has achieved 100% of its post-op calls. Tony is always positive and pleasant, and upholds the Vincentian Values even throughout critical situations. His ability to share his expertise with other associates is what puts him at the highest level of professional performance. We admire Tony and appreciate all that he brings to St. Francis Medical Center, to our health care team, and to our patients.
