This is my daughter's third open heart surgery and she has had 6 cardiac caths. I estimate we have spent nearly 70 days hospitalized in nearly 8 years. Jenna knew that to get C to her potential each day, she would have to gain her trust. She is literally the first nurse that C trusts 100%.

At 13 months, C was diagnosed with ICU delirium. Her crushing anxiety has only been relieved by my presence. Not even her dad can substitute. C's anxiety is relieved by Jenna. I was happily stunned today when C was happy to go for a "car ride" with Jenna. I stayed behind!

Jenna has been our nurse on several occasions and every time she is very pleasant, happy and seems to genuinely enjoy being a nurse. She always takes the time to explain everything to us, and if she doesn't know the answer to questions she quickly finds them. Jenna has made our stay here a much more enjoyable one. Even when she isn't our nurse she pops in to say hi to my daughter and make her smile. She constantly exceeds my expectations and is one of my favorite nurses. I love having her as my daughter's nurse and my daughter loves it too!
