Mark was able to take the time to explain the medicine she was taking, the need for it and why it had been increased 4 days after major surgery. He seemed as concerned for her family members as for the patient. He was never rushed and seemed willing to give you all the time we needed to understand. Mark is awesome and an asset to Shannon!
