For more than 25 years, Jean Rosales, RN, has consistently demonstrated the SFMC VROOM (Vincentian Values Optimizing Our Mission) model of care as she ensures that Respect, Simplicity, Compassionate Service, Advocacy for the Poor, and Inventiveness to Infinity are extended to every patient by her personally and by her healthcare team. Often patients and visitors seek out Jean's supervisor to recognize her and extend their appreciation for her respectful and compassionate service.

Jean is committed to supporting her co-workers and has taken on the role of educator for fellow clinicians and staff. She serves as an ARCIS Super User and also as a preceptor for new nurses and charge nurses, sharing her oncology skills and knowledge with other oncology RNs. She is a tremendous resource to her unit.

Jean is calm, professional, and efficient and possesses excellent critical thinking skills. Her supervisor, John Rodriguez, says, "When Jean is on duty, whether she is working as a staff nurse or in charge, you can be certain that the patients on the 7th floor are in good hands."
