Words truly cannot describe how grateful I am to Susan for the care she provided my mom. She went above and beyond her normal duties while caring for my mom during her hospital stay. Being a nurse myself, and more importantly a daughter, I had high expectations for how my mom should be cared for, and Susan easily exceeded those. She was selfless, patient, knowledgeable, efficient, timely, honest, encouraging, thorough, and most importantly, compassionate. Susan never seemed to be in a rush when she was in our room. She always took the time to answer our questions. She thoroughly explained what every medication was and why it was being given. She communicated our needs to the physicians. She listened to, and acknowledged my mom's concerns and helped to reassure and encourage her. She literally did everything to make my mom feel comfortable- including back massages!!! (Who even has time for those anyway???)

When Susan was my mom's nurse, I even felt so comfortable as to actually leave my mom's bedside. Which definitely speaks volumes for how much I trusted Susan. I cannot say enough great things about how wonderful she is. There honestly is no one more deserving than her.

Susan, I can never Thank You enough for all you have done for my mom. You will always hold a very special place in my heart. Thank You.
