Robin comes into work starting her shift with a positive attitude ready to work. Robin shows good customer service with her patients as she works in many areas. She listens and talks with patients and families and is attentive to their needs. Robin shows responsiveness with her quick thinking and actions when a patient is in distress. Robin has good critical care nurse experience and is able to draw her own labs. Robin sometimes takes the role as house float and is good at starting IV's and completing admissions. Robin works med-surg, tele, PCU, ICU and Emergency Room as support staff flex RN. She collaborates with many other departments while doing her job.
Robin is "right on" by calling the doctor when a patient critical crisis arises. She shows her patients compassion by asking them if they need anything before leaving the room or offering another blanket. She shows integrity by being a resource nurse for newer nurses. She is very knowledgeable about her job and is not afraid of challenges. Robin shows excellence in her ability to function wherever she is placed for the shift. Robin is competent in her nursing skills. Robin is a team player and assists others.
