Mary made me feel comforted and was very good about keeping me and my team (family) informed. I truly feel she does everything by the book, comforting me through the "whys and whatnots". Everyone should be given the chance to learn from Mary. I have been in and out, back and forth to many appointments and procedures since 2015.
All my staff and care team has been amazing and truly helped me and my body heal. Walking into 8North and meeting Mary is what I needed. She helped me to get into the mindset I needed to be able to take the next steps. Mary told me very kindly, and so surreal to "take your 10 minutes". I told her I only needed moments. In the moments Mary was right around the corner every time! Her attention to detail is so on point. I do not mean this with anything but the genuine truth.
Everyone should learn from Mary. Everything sterilized, clean, safe, loving, kind. She is professional and downright cares about what field she's in!
