I came in feeling a lot of despair because I had been here almost a year earlier, but this time I was far weaker after spending weeks on bed rest. Sarah was unfailingly kind, supportive, even to the extent of helping me work through several episodes of sobbing. I remember looking through tears at her smiling face while she consoled me. She spent extra time with me performing duties such as feeding me, and performing range of motion, in addition to regular nursing duties.
