"I was assigned to float to 12S, which never working on a med surg floor in my career was stressful. I was in an unfamiliar environment with a 5 patient assignment and patients who needed blood and 2 that needed to be transferred. I called Joe and he went out of his way to help me out. He is a great resource, a reliable coworker and a great team player. He did not hesitate to help and he never does. UMH is very fortunate to have a dedicated staff member. Thanks again, Joe!
