1st Nomination:

Chip took care of Baby Boy A for many nights when he was alone in the hospital. Chip would bring his computer to Baby A's door to chart so Baby A would not be alone. He spent a lot of time with Baby A and was very attentive to his needs. Even though Chip is a big, tough guy, he was very gentle and kind with Baby A. Chip always bundled Baby A up, just like he liked. And made sure there was entertainment for Baby A. Chip spent many, many hours rocking Baby A and talking to him. Chip is a very good nurse with a big heart. Baby A could not tell you thank you, but he appreciates it from the bottom of his heart. "Thank you, Mr. Chippers!"

2nd Nomination:

I would give him rights to be my baby's Godfather because he has been here for me and my baby S. She was the first baby he had when my child was here the first time. And every time my child comes to the 5th floor I don't want anyone else but Chip to take care of her because he takes very good care of all the children up here. So for me, please pick Chip to get the great DAISY Award, not just a daisy, he needs more than a daisy. He is like family to my whole family because we know when we have Chip taking care of her I don't have any worries at all. So that is why I think you need it "Chip." We love you.
