LTJG Stone is a staff Nurse on 4 North/ Same Day Surgery. Since her arrival to the Same Day Surgery unit, she has set the bar for nursing care and customer service. I could go describe her level of dedication myself, but instead I will list excerpts of letters patients have sent to the command regarding their experience with her on our unit.

In addition to being an outstanding caregiver on the nursing unit, LTJG Stone is also a Command SPRINT Mental Health Team leader, routinely providing supportive care and assistance to San Diego Area 7th Fleet sailors during times of crisis, most recently for the crew of the USS Essex after the tragic suicide of a young sailor occurred aboard ship.
