Nancy is a warm and compassionate nurse, and exemplifies the Mercy spirit in her work. Her soft spoken manner is disarming and highly effective in her role as a staff RN in the psychiatric unit as well as the crisis center. She is thorough and seeks out patients and their families to ensure their needs are met and that they understand their care and treatment. This enables their participation in the healthcare process.

Her communication skills are excellent, both spoken and written, enhancing patient care and team building in an interdisciplinary environment.
