She leads by example, sees the best in everyone, is so optimistic and positive, is constantly complimenting others and in difficult situations she communicates professionally and with compassion. Knowing and watching Laura in action was what the nomination was all about, but a recurring thread through it was about a particularly difficult time when Laura offered her nominator so much support and care. "I don't know what I would have done if she hadn't been there for me. Laura is a true DAISY in my eyes," the nominator says.
