Maureen has been my mother's nurse for two days. She has been amazing to my mother, addressing quickly and responding to her needs. She has gone above and beyond answering numerous questions from family, and making sure our needs were addressed. She has made this very difficult time for a very close-knit family more tolerable. She feels like part of our family.

Always explained what she was doing and answered our questions about medications, oxygen mask, feeding tubes. Smiled at all times while multi-tasking but remained calm. Was compassionate to all family members and visitors.
