Glennette always has a great attitude and smile on her face. She goes above and beyond!

She often has patients with dementia. Some of these patients spend their entire time in Dialysis screaming and crying. While everyone else is frustrated, Glennette continues to smile and tries to distract the patient, massaging a patient's ankle, or singing and dancing to keep the patient calm. I cannot think of a more dedicated and hardworking nurse than Glennette Montero, RN. Thank you for all your dedication and commitment!
