Lacey Anderson currently works on 6E Ortho/Neuro floor and has been there for a little over two years. Lacey says that the favorite part of her job is being able to help people.

Excerpt from her nomination:

"This nurse treated my husband with utmost compassion and respect and not as just a thing' that she had to care for. She was so good to our family - letting us stay in his room, never making us feel as though we were in the way, and providing us with pillows and blankets, cold water and coffee and giving us hugs as we grieved after our dear one had passed away. She is truly an Angel of Mercy'."
