I've been through several tests, departments, hospitals and specialists over the last year (at least 20). Tim stayed with me in pre-op the entire time while I waited alone with no family and calmed me down and visited for at least an hour. He was assigned to my case, explained the entire procedure in great detail, talked about life and assured me I was in great hands. He made sure I was comfortable under the sterile drape and comforted me the entire exam, checking on me and giving comfort when I was nervous. Care like this is above and beyond. He could have been somewhere restocking or taking a break while previous procedures were running over, but he stayed and sat with me the entire time. I can't thank him and all the staff enough. I will always remember my experience with this one procedure out of the many I have had.
