Gina Lam is well liked by both patients and staff on our floor and is attentive to patient needs; no request is too big or too small for Gina. Gina is frequently recognized for her patient follow up phone calls, and for educating her patients. Her accuracy of care and bedside manner is second to none!
On top of the attentiveness to her patients, Gina also finds the time in her busy shift to anticipate the needs of her co-workers. She is always able to find time to lend a helping hand to fellow nurses; her thoughtfulness extends to finding ways to make things easier for the oncoming shift.
