My mom was admitted after coming into the ER. As soon as we get to the room, Jaclyn Nelson greeted us with a very pleasant attitude. Right away, she provided us with clear protocol information regarding my mom's stay. She went out of her way to make sure we were comfortable. All my family members are super happy and satisfied with the extraordinary treatment she provided us. She is an excellent nurse!

Jaclyn was so good with my mom, who had terrible wheezing and a fast heartbeat. She was very calming and explained everything to her. After a while, they needed my mom's room and they had to switch her back and forth a couple of times. Needless to say, mother was a little upset, but Jaclyn had her laughing and calming down. I can't tell you how relieved I was when I left the hospital knowing she would be taking care of my mother. She is amazing!
***
Jaclyn made me feel immediately comfortable in what was otherwise a very scary situation. She was knowledgeable, confident, and attentive. No request was too large or small. When she says "call me at any time" she means it. The floor was clearly busy, yet she would fly in ASAP with a smile. She is a definite asset to the unit and the hospital.
