Ms. Keaton is very dedicated and caring, very professional. My son had to be at Phoebe at 6:00 am for a procedure. After registration, we had to go on the 4th floor. No one was there and after about 3 minutes standing at the desk, we saw a lady walking up to the desk in her warm blue jacket and pulling a work bag behind. She asked our name and said she remembered talking to my son on the phone the day before. Ms. Keaton took her jacket off and put all her attention on us putting us in a room then, with no wait. She made my son and I feel so welcome to a hospital that we had never been to before. Ms. Keaton is very compassionate. My son was so worried and she explained everything to him and she made us feel so much better. As a mother, I had never been in a place where I needed an extra hand comforting my son like she did. She gave him a new look on life. Ms. Keaton is an angel! She will forever be why we will tell people to come to Phoebe.
