Bailey is not only a hard worker who shows up every day with a great attitude, but she dedicates each day to her patients and families. Bailey has so much compassion and care for what she does. Even while taking care of the most critical patients, she is able to provide family-centered care allowing the family to be a part of the team. While maintaining her professionalism, Bailey is able to create relationships with families that go from laughing one minute to holding their hands and crying the next. Her care touches more than her own patient assignment. She is an active team member that shares her knowledge with others to better understand their patient's clinical picture. She is always seeking out opportunities to grow both clinically and professionally within the PICU. Bailey is a pleasure not only to work beside but to call a Riley Nurse and friend.
