Barb's compassionate manner and always a smile greeted me each time she walked into my room. She was on duty 5 of the 6 days of my hospitalization following surgery. Questions arose, and she promptly contacted the surgeon and returned with an assuring answer. She gave me lots of pertinent information on medications, treatments, and discharge information, it was easily understood.
