Christine Novak came into my husband's room to introduce herself with a beautiful smile. The first thing she saw was that my husband's diaper needed to be changed. She quickly cleaned him up and changed his diaper. She made sure that I had some lotion for my husband and told me "It's for him but you can use it too. It smells really good."
Christine also gave us the hospital clear moisturizer barrier ointment for my husband. She did everything on the hospital computer, gave my husband all his medications, came in and out of the room for her whole shift. My husband really enjoyed her and asked me "Do you have a gift in your purse for her?" I didn't but went home to get extra clothes for me and my husband and was able to come back the next day and I gave her a pair of earrings and told her "Christine, my husband won't let anyone change his diaper, but you managed to do it." She is a winner with us. He won't let anyone else at the hospital change his diaper. She's great!
