I wanted to let you know about the positive experience we had in the ICU. My elderly dad was a patient there and we were so impressed with your entire staff, especially our dad's nurse David. Since our dad was at the end stage of his life, David was very caring and compassionate in explaining what we could expect to happen to my brother, sister and me. He answered all our questions and was extremely sensitive throughout the process of his passing away. From removing his wedding band right before his fingers became too swollen, to bringing heated blankets to his bedside. I cannot thank David enough for his assistance during this sad time for our family.
He is an excellent medical professional, and just as important to us, he demonstrated amazing grace during my dad's passing. We are forever grateful to David for his assistance, and we appreciate his going above and beyond. My sister and I felt he was heaven-sent since he helped us tremendously during a difficult day. David is remembered with great fondness and enormous gratitude. You certainly are fortunate to have such a dedicated nurse on your staff.
