From the moment we met Milissa, she helped put me at ease. She was extremely welcoming, compassionate and reassuring. She could see my fear the whole time and she made this more than a medical appointment. She made this a journey that we were going through together. She said, "I promise you it will be okay". She instantly put me at ease. Her empathy was beyond words. She made reassuring comments like, "I know this is hard but we will get through this" and "We will do this together". She already knew what I needed before I knew it myself. She knew I was a patient who was worried, scared, a bundle of nerves and terrified. Milissa connected with me. After only 1 appointment I knew I made the right decision going to that office and I thank God every day that I had the opportunity to meet Milissa.
