Redford Cruz is the most energetic, full of life, caring person. He is that person that you want to work with because he is so helpful. Not only are his skills excellent, but also his customer service. He will go around and make sure everyone is taken care of including employees. He along with another nurse are the ones to receive the most compliments and recognition in our department. The patients absolutely love him. He has a very caring and soothing personality. It is not uncommon for patients to request him.

During my recent appointment, Redford was my nurse/attendant. He was attentive, knowledgeable, and paid attention to my questions and concerns. When the patient in the next chair was experiencing distress, he was first to offer his assistance and care, while still attending to my needs. Not once did I feel neglected, ignored or put on hold.
