Travis has brought a renewed energy and passion into the nursing team with his leadership this year. He so inspires me and others to be better and to improve. He all around is always a joy to be around and makes you feel good and is the positive force to make us all keep going even in the tough days."
Travis provides a solid nursing leadership support to the inpatient nursing areas as well as nursing education. He has brought key initiatives including "Bed Huddle" that has dramatically improved nursing service, teamwork, and quality performance. He inspires others to perform more than they thought they could achieve, as well as, holds staff accountable to achieve quality and safety standards. Travis gets the job done with a terrific attitude and a kind heart to serve our nurses and most important of all, our patients and their families. Travis is a true role model for Nursing Leadership at Turkey Creek Medical Center.
