I was diagnosed with an embolus in my retina and was admitted for an MRI and other tests. Was told that it may take days to get an MRI. I was upset as I wanted to go home as early as possible. When my nurse, Dealla came for night duty the whole ward was made wonderful due to her cheeriness and affection to all patients. Dealla was so dedicated and showed care and loving to all patient; it appears as she is our own family member. She told me to be happy and she will try her best to get my MRI to be done tonight. Dealla worked so hard the whole night and my MRI was almost ready to be done but due to unavailability of medical information it could not be done. Dealla was so sorry for that and I was really moved by my heart for her dedication and responsibility towards patients. She assured me that if I have to stay more in the hospital that she and along with the staff will make my stay more pleasurable. I am proud of Dealla for professional efficiency and hospitality towards patients. I wish her all success.
