I think that it's extremely important to inform you about an experience my daughter and I had recently.
My young daughter woke up ill and I was terrified! My daughter was scared. Brian greeted us and took us to our room. Brian was so amazing with my daughter, including her in conversation and making her feel like she was his friend; her fears quickly went away and she was comfortable. Brian checked on us several times trying to accommodate us both. He did a Donald Duck voice for my daughter and would randomly pop in. My daughter was actually sad to have to go home.
I cannot express enough how grateful I am for this kindness. He made a sick, terrified toddler excited and laughing. It was a great feeling as a worried mother.
