My nurse, Letecia Hence, was very helpful during my stay at JRMC. She came in at a timely manner and was very polite the whole time. Letecia saw me as a person not just a patient she had to deal with. There were times when I was down and didn't want to talk to anyone but she came around and talked to me. She inspired me with her professionalism, good listener, and wonderful people skills. Letecia showed integrity in her work. Her concern allowed me to look at things in a positive way with my health, that things are not always what them seem, and to stay strong and to keep my head up.
Letecia inspires devotion in others, that's why I think she should be nominated for this award.
