I'm nominating Erika as an extraordinary nurse for the following reason; due to my illness, I have a low self-esteem and somewhat shy. Having Nurse Erika in my environment lifted up that shyness and let me know there are people who care and accept the defects that I have, proving that we have reason to carry on. This is just the beginning of your care-ness.
