Taylor was my mom's nurse in the ICU and continued to visit with her after moving out of the ICU during her two week stay. From my experiences with hospitals and people within the medical profession, Taylor definitely went above and beyond my expectations. I have been in management for almost all of my nearly 40 year career and Taylor demonstrated to me that she has three key requirements that I look for in good leaders and employees: 1) adequate knowledge & skills to get the job done, 2) a real passion in what they are doing and 3) a genuine caring of others. I would definitely want Taylor on any team caring for me and/or my love ones. Taylor connected with my mom as well as me and my brothers and sisters in a very special way.
