Patrick Murphy is an excellent RN. He cared for my spouse in CVICU following extensive heart surgery. Patrick was the one whose cheerful, eager attitude filled the room and lingered long after he left the room. He was always attentive and always looked to your needs. Having Patrick Murphy as our nurse that day was like being gently and lovingly rescued by a Navy Seal, just as hope was slipping away. He is a person of integrity and will-to-be-of service. He is an extraordinary person and extraordinary Registered Nurse. We will always remember him with love and gratitude.

I met Patrick Murphy at about the same time my doctors were talking to me. I am not sure if I looked confused or he knew how medicated I was but after the doctors talked to me in their "Doctor Language" he came in and explained what they were saying. I learned more from Patrick than all the other nurses and doctors. He is a great communicator. He had great advice on how to handle my pain, thank goodness! Patrick is a big muscle man with outstanding nursing skills and great empathy. I am very grateful Patrick was assigned to me!
