Dana Baca is compassionately confident. She epitomizes the ideal NICU nurse. Many parents have stated that upon meeting her, they knew their baby was in great hands during transport to our facility because of her. That initial contact is so very important and critical. These parents trust us to care for their most precious gift. She sets the unit up for success from the beginning instilling trust in each parent.
