Tammy Roberts, Nurse Manager on RNU, NTU and Cardiac Rehab,happens to be a leader in this hospital who trulyrepresents the RBC principles that we are striving for.
RNU had a patient discharging to a nursing home, who had previously been homeless, it just so happened that Tammy overheard him saying that he would love to wear some jeans as to make a good impression on his new friends. Tammy took it upon herself to go to the store and spend her own money to purchase him a new pair of jeans, underwear, and socks. The look on his face was so full of excitement and thanks!
Tammy truly went above and beyond and touched thisgentlemen's life and heart.
