Toni was our nurse during our labor in September. Toni went above and beyond to talk us through the entire process, comfort me and hold my hand/etc during painful procedures or painful parts of the labor process, and communicate with other members of the care team throughout the day and during hand offs. She is incredibly adept at her job. She is extremely caring, patient and has excellent bedside manner. Having come across countless physicians and nurses through my own work as a physician on a daily basis, many of whom are excellent, I can attest to the fact that Toni stands out in particular. Her care was really an integral part of what made our labor and delivery at Cornell such a wonderful experience.
