Lisa Livingston consistently demonstrates a commitment to high quality, patient-centered care. She is routinely recognized on patient satisfaction surveys as an outstanding nurse, receiving 5 patients "Kudos" in the last quarter alone!
In addition, Lisa is our most valuable nurse preceptor on the floor. She has mentored new graduates as well as experienced RNs and LVNs, always ensuring that they grow to be competent, patient-centered nurses, like her. In the past year, she has been a preceptor to 5 new staff members, all of whom have become valuable members of the nursing team.
Lisa displays a positive image for nurses that all should emulate. She always comes to work with a smile and a positive attitude, and is a shining star in our unit!
