Glennette is a special nurse, not only to the patients but also the family. She finds time and makes it her duty to inform the family what is going on and make them as comfortable as her patient. She is a nurse with great bedside manners and gives extra attention to her patients. She greets you every day as if you are entering her home, which makes my mom comfortable with the fact she has to do dialysis. She is great to the patients and wonderful to the family. She greets us with a warm and caring smile and hello.
Glennette handles everything with a smile and encouraging word to put a smile on your face. She addresses my concerns or directs me to where I can get an answer. She was truly fantastic and professional. She assisted the doctors and in the midst of everything that was going on and after completing her tasks like a little star. Glennette made her way to the family to comfort, explain and answer any and all questions.
My mom had another attack much later on and once again Glennette was prepared and professional. She handles these emergency situations like a breeze. Then she is so warm and understanding afterwards. She stands out as the sun that shines over the daisy! All the nurses and doctors are awesome, but Glennette truly is a Nurse who deserves to be recognized and awarded.
