The patient said she was scared for herself, but more concerned for her adult son who witnessed the accident.
"With confidence and sincerity, Jesse kept him updated and assured him that I would be okay. When my mother arrived, Jesse answered all of her questions, too. She smiled her friendly, patient grin and took the time to treat my family with the same respect she gave me."
The patient also credits Jesse for promoting a professional and caring environment.
