Mary has made this experience so much easier. The stigmatism behind mental health is overwhelming and she has taught me that it's okay to ask for help and to take the time to get it. Mary took her time to stay up and talk with me about work and my life. She has gone through similar experiences. It's nice to know that others have gone through the same experiences in life and struggle in the same ways.
She has taken care of my blood sugars and panic attacks. Mary is just very caring, and kind. Kindness goes a long way. I will never forget this experience here and I will use the techniques I've learned to keep myself safe; however, I now have a safe place to come to if I need to, and someone will be there to help get me better again. Thank you, Mary. You are the most wonderful person.
