Bryan was very professional, but also extremely caring and compassionate. He took the time to explain what was happening and patiently answered all of our questions. He turned a very difficult day into a positive experience. We felt we could go to him with questions about pain and concerns about treatment. He efficiently helped to solve our issues above and beyond what was expected. He really was our hero.

Bryan works in the Emergency Department and is often faced with difficult situations. Recently, a patient drove to the ED for care. As he was pulling into the parking gate, he lost consciousness. Bryan responded without delay and immediately lifted him onto a gurney and began CPR. Because of Bryan's quick response, the patient later made a full recovery.
Bryan displays the value of dignity by his strong dedication to our Behavioral Health population. His coworkers regard him as a leader when managing this uniquely challenging demographic not because of his title, but because he is a living example of care and compassion.
