Alice was my nurse for several shifts. I came in with a DVT and PE in both lobes of my lungs. There were many things I had to learn about that, but also I needed an advocate for another condition in that I was non-weight bearing on one ankle and partial on the other. Alice got me the access to doctors and physical therapist on how to cope with the need to move my injured ankles without the support of a restrictive boot that would aggravate my DVT. More than that, Alice is intuitive, she brings ice packs with lovenox, and she comes prepared with all meds on time, every time. She listens and remembers little things, sees to details -she extraordinary! She brings a pleasant demeanor, calm and reassuring.
