Tress Hindman stands out as a "take care of business" person in her House Supervisor role. Tress excels in her normal duties of running the house on the night shift. Her team doesn't hesitate to call her when there is a problem on one of the units. She is a wonderful resource to the team.
Unfortunately, we have had a couple of employees experience some significant losses. In both cases, Tress took the lead in helping her fellow co-workers. She organized and coordinated meals, visits, and even volunteered her children to babysit for a grieving co-worker. Most recently, a co-worker's mother passed away and it was discovered that Tress was driving the co-worker's father to and from appointments. Regardless of the need, Tress seems to jump right into action without hesitation.
The anonymous nominator describes Tress as "an angel with hidden wings". We are thankful for Tress selflessly taking time out of her busy schedule to be of service to her colleagues in their time of need. She is truly an angel indeed!
