Hannah went above board and then some for my roommate and me. It didn't matter if we needed or wanted something of importance, such as my meds or water, or ice to put in our mouths. Hannah smiled the entire time on her shift. She has brought such joy and laughter to us. If I had gotten to a low point in my recovery, I wanted to give up because the pain was so unbearable, but she continued to encourage us and just let me know it's going to get better.
