Natalie is very passionate about her work. Her attention to detail, her drive and desire to accommodate the patient is very pleasant. She explained everything to the family and we were all very impressed by her. She was very much aware of our mother's needs as well as ours. I have been to many area hospitals because of my mother's heart issues, and I have rarely encountered a nurse with so much care and compassion for her patients. Natalie made us feel like we were her only concern, like my mom was her only patient. She made us feel like our mom was the reason she showed up for work.
