Roxanne went above and beyond. Roxanne was writing the date on the white board when I mentioned it would have been my 44th wedding anniversary--my husband had passed away in September, 2014. She asked his name and while expressing her sympathy with a hug. A while later a beautiful vase of flowers arrived "pink roses with purple flowers" and a bow and card that read: "From your admirer in heaven with a sweet message signed, George. It touched my heart.
