Tracy is an ICU nurse night shift who often acts as resource. She is very skilled and knowledgeable and shares these traits with others. She frequently goes on "ACT" calls to assist other nurses when their patients' condition changes. She is patient when educating newer nurses and has even been a clinical instructor for one of our local nursing schools. Tracy provides excellent nursing care to her patients paying close attention to detail and recognizes early when a patient's condition changes. Tracy leads by example always doing the right thing even when it is difficult or more time consuming, she has great compassion for her patients and family members.
