Mr. Gonzales established a good relationship with me showing concerns for the way I am feeling and going the extra mile to ensure I am comfortable. Alyas noticed that I had not gone to the bathroom in two days therefore he took the time to insert intermittent catheter to ensure got rid of all the urine built up in my body. He took extra care of my medications ensuring that I was not getting too much and received in a timely manner. He made sure that my family member was kept abreast on all my situations. He demonstrated great leadership and flexibility with a great bedside manner. He always cheered me up and kept me laughing. He showed great professionalism and an awesome asset to this facility. All staff members were good, but Alyas went the extra mile.
