My friend was admitted to Queen's for a bypass surgery. It was a very trying time for her and her friends and family. Kristina really made her stay more comfortable. When we told her that our friend didn't like being intubated, she made every effort to get the tube removed as soon as possible. She also helped move our friend to the 6th floor ICU room where she was the nurse so we were confident she was in good hands. Although she wasn't the nurse the next day, she came and continued to check on her. She is truly exceptional and very caring and showed a great deal of professionalism at a very critical time for us.
